This is an example of a typical log-in. You'll notice that the password is encrypted, this will help to protect your merchant account from hackers. After five failed log-in attempts your account will be automatically locked by the IPPS system. If this happens you will need to contact technical support to have the suspension lock lifted from your account before you can log-in again.
