This screen is your IPPS virtual terminal. From this screen you can process a new charge transaction (ie-charge a customers credit card), a new credit transaction (like a return to the customer credit card), perform an authorization on a customer credit card and also force an authorization (this finalizes the charge). You also have the ability to void a transaction in your current (open) batch. Transactions that have already been closed (settled) cannot be voided by the IPPS system, they must be credited.
