- What is a form?

A form is simple html code that allows site visitors to enter information on your web site. Forms
typically post this information into a database or into a script that then performs some kind of
task using the information your site visitor entered. In this case, forms are used to collect
transactional data from your customers.

- How Does IPPS work?

Making the IPPS system work for you is actually very easy. All you need to do is determine which
wizard is right for you, enter some of your information and press submit. This will generate the
necessary form code for you to simply cut-n-paste into your html code that is your website. To

- Do I have to create my own checkout form?

No, the checkout process is handled completely by our servers. You only have to link them to your
web site. Using our simple code generation wizards this can be accomplished in a matter of minutes.
You can relax with the confidence that your customers are processing transactions on a totally
secure network.

- How do I use a wizard?

If you know how to highlight text and copy-n-paste, then you should have no problem using our code
generation wizards. There is some information you should have handy before you use the code
generation wizards like your account name (the name you use to login into you merchant
administration area).

- Which wizard should I use?

What wizard to choose depends on what you sell. If you only sell a single item, you should choose
the single item wizard. If you have multiple items you should be using the ShopCart. If you need
a secure directory on your web site you need to use the password protection request form.

- Where do I put this form code?

You can place the form code generated by our wizards anywhere you would like to, as many times as
you would like to (and we suggest you make them VERY accessible to your customers). This code is
fully compliant with current HTML 4.0 standards, so you don’t need to worry about how it will act
in different browsers.

- Can I customize the form code?

Yes the form code is customizable by you. While we recommend that you do not make any changes, it
is possible. You can find more information about this in our

- Can I use both password protection and a cart?

Yes, quite a few of our merchants like to offer special discounts for their customers who subscribe
to a membership on their site. You should contact our team of technical support professionals for
more information on this topic.

- What shopping carts can I use?

The IPPS system current supports the following shopping cart programs; Miva Cart, Webcart, Dansie
Cart, StoreFront 2000, ShopFactory, and custom ASP, PHP and Javascript applications developed by
our merchants. As long as your shopping cart is configurable with the proper field name formats,
and the gateway that it posts to there should be no problem implementing it with the IPPS system.

- Can I run test transactions on my website?

Yes, we do have a test credit card number available to our merchants. Contact our team of support
professionals for more information on a credit card you can use to test your website.

- Who does the integration of my website?

Each individual merchant is responsible for integrating their website with the IPPS system, your
web master should be able to set up your site with no problems, and of course our team of
technical support professionals is always willing to assist you with any problems you may
encounter.

- Can I use existing member lists with your system?

Yes it is possible to integrate exsistin member lists with our password management system. The
files that contain these member lists need to be formatted in a special fashion, you should contact
our team of technical support professionals for more information on this subject.

- Can I bypass your order form?

Yes it is possible to use your own order forms and do a special mode post to our servers, bypassing
the default IPPS order form. For more information about this go to our

- Do I need to have a secure server or SSL?

No, since all of the IPPS functions are hosted on our secure servers it is not necessary for you
have a secure server or SSL encryption on your server.

- My HTML code will not paste correctly?
-
Some HTML editors do not paste from other documents well. It is recommended that you open your
document in a simple text editor (notepad) and then paste the code into your document, this way
you can be sure that there will be no errors.
